Refund Policy

Damage and problems 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the art print is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. B. Original works of art or customized products (e.g. commissioned work).

Exchange 

The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you already have. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached and in all its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

refund 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
